Mandy - Sunday Update
Sunday, December 18th, 2005Mandy is home with us, and so a little better. She is still not eating much at all (only about a 1/2 cup of food since she came home on Saturday) - but somthing it better than nothing. She had dropped another two pounds while at the vet, leaving it so you can feel most bones, and we need to help her stay warm.
With time, rest and the proper medications she should start feeling better relatively soon. It will take a bit of time to put the weight back on her, and she will need to be on a special diet, and have regular ultrasounds and bloodtest - but she is obviously happy to be home.
